•	I am certified to dive, or receiving instruction under the supervision of a qualified diver/school
•	I will not undertake any dive in St Andrews Lakes unless: 
o	I am qualified to complete the dive successfully.
o	I am medically fit to dive.
o	My equipment is suitable, maintained and serviced.
 I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT 
•	I agree to abide by the St Andrews Lake site rules. 
•	I agree to abide by the SMB Diving rules and recommendations. 
•	Access to St Andrews Lakes for Scuba diving is provided by and managed SMB Diving.
•	The site is used entirely at my own risk - St Andrews Lakes owners, St Andrews Lakes associates, SMB Diving, nor any other business operating at the site accept no responsibility for loss or damage to individuals or their property.
•	I expressly wish to proceed with this diving activity and assume all risks.
•	I hereby waive any obligation on the part of St Andrews Lake, SMB Diving to provide first aid, rescue, recovery resuscitation or medical assistance.

No equipment hire available. Price is £10/paddleboard with a maximum of 2 using same board. Kayak is £10 per kayak.
